Being a mom with ADHD running a neurodivergent household can be incredibly challenging. It really takes mom life to a whole other level and requires doing things a little (ok... a lot) differently than your neurotypical friends (most of the world).

It's been my life's work to find the most holistic treatments and modalities and share what I've discovered with other moms just like you.
