I’m Tracy, a mom with ADHD and your ADHD Supports guide.

When my son was 3 years old I noticed he was exhibiting some of my least favorite behaviors…negativity, pessimism and …self-loathing.  I soon realized that little eyes, ears and hearts are always watching and that he was getting it from ME.  

I started changing the way I lived my life and parented my children in a way that actually worked for us rather than feeling like something was wrong with us or that we just needed to try harder to fit in.
