Robyn Buchanan is a mom, wife, nurse, youtube creator, and Life & Focus coach. Robyn, her husband and 2/3 of her teen boys have ADHD which is a unique experience unto itself. Despite being the person who TRIES to keep it all together, she was diagnosed in her 40s.
She loves harnessing her ADHD for creativity, but finds it’s a lot of work each day to keep herself on track, yet she manages to run her business and household with not too many balls being dropped. She lives on Vancouver Island in Canada where she loves hiking and gardening.
